The Red Room is a constructed room devoted to women’s intimacy presented as an installation composed of photographs, textiles, ready-to-wear and paintings. In the heart of the space is a fertile tree, symbolizing the woman and the ugly. The exhibition, presented by Artists Can’t Sell collective, takes form in the Saint-Henri borough of Tiohtià:ke / Montreal with two collaborating artists: Luna Mehriban Nashar and Jessie Emile.

La Chambre Rouge est l’assemblage d’une chambre vouée à l’intimité de la femme sous forme d’une installation composée de photographies, textiles, prêt-à-porter et peintures. Au coeur de l’espace se trouve un arbre fertile symbolisant femme et laideur. L’exposition, présentée par la collective Artists Can’t Sell, prend forme dans le quartier de Saint-Henri à Tiohtià:ke / Montréal avec deux artistes en collaboration: Luna Mehriban Nashar et Jessie Emile.
